Do customers need an account?
No. Customers submit an inquiry, review a proposal, sign a contract, and pay a deposit without ever creating a VenueSprocket account.
Can I send proposals and contracts?
Yes. Starter includes a basic proposal builder. Online contracts with typed e-signature are part of the Pro plan and above.
How are deposits collected?
Through Stripe, on the Pro plan and above. The customer pays right after signing their contract, and the payment shows in your dashboard as soon as it clears.
What is a BEO?
A Banquet Event Order - the document staff use on event day covering room setup, food and beverage, staffing, and timeline. VenueSprocket builds it from the same event record as the proposal and contract, with a print-ready view.
Is LeaguePour included?
No. LeaguePour is a separate product with its own subscription, for bar leagues and recurring game nights. Active VenueSprocket subscribers get 50% off it.
