Questions

Is LeaguePour included with VenueSprocket?

No. They are separate products with separate subscriptions. Neither one is part of any plan of the other.

How does the 50% discount work?

If your venue has an active paid subscription to one product and you subscribe to the other, the second subscription is 50% off. It's applied automatically at checkout - there's no code to enter.

Which product gets the discount?

Whichever one you add second. If you already pay for LeaguePour and add VenueSprocket, VenueSprocket is 50% off, and the reverse is true too.

Do the two products share data?

No. They use the same venue login, but private event leads and customers in VenueSprocket and players and competitions in LeaguePour are separate. There's no combined customer list or combined reporting.

Do I need both?

Only if you do both things. VenueSprocket is for private events you book - parties, corporate events, buyouts. LeaguePour is for recurring public competitions - leagues, tournaments, trivia nights. Plenty of venues only need one.

What happens to the discount if I cancel one?

The discount is for venues subscribed to both. For how a cancellation affects your remaining subscription, contact us before you cancel so there are no surprises on your next invoice.
